I found Contrast shower very useful way to increase energy level in body.
Here is how to make Contrast Shower:
- Hot water 2 minutes, cold water 1/2 minute starting from upper part of body
- Repeat 3 times
- Every morning after gym
- Walk on the position and move your legs
- You can repeat saying: "All slags are going away and my energy level is increasing"
