Why sauna? Where to find good sauna?

In accordance to the non-materialistic theory a Human being is a very complex entity consisting from the several bodies. Some of the bodies, such as physical, ether and astral are visible by eye or devices and some are not. All human bodies are interacting and supporting each other.
Ether body is the closest to the physical body and some people can see it as a 2 cm blue-violet aura. A walk in the forest, taking a sauna with swimming or cold shower are activating our ether body, providing positive effect to the physical body.

Due to my personal experience the best country to enjoy sauna with cold water treatment is Finland. Almost every private or block house has Finnish sauna with washing facilities, sometimes ( but not common) swimming pool or access to lake or sea.
For some Finns a traditional sauna heated by wood located on the lake is the most valuable sauna. There are public swimming pools with saunas are widely available in Finland.

The best public swimming halls in Helsinki are: Mäkelänrinne ( Pasila direction)
http://www.hel2.fi/liv/eng/makelanrinne.html, and Itäkeskus http://www.hel2.fi/liv/eng/itakeskus.html.
There are Finnish and Turkish saunas in there, small cold-water pool and spa facilities.

Take swimming suit and towel with you. No doctor's certificate is needed. The entrance fee for an adult is about 5 euro.

Traditional smoke sauna with a swim in the lake you can enjoy in Vantaa, place Kuusijärvi: http://www.vantaa.fi/en/i_perusdokumentti.asp?path=110;4532;4568;19510

Enjoy your extra energy!!!

I think my Infrared Sauna sauna is probably a lot better for the environment. I don't have to burn anything, I just push on the temp and the timer. Everything should be that easy.

The most fun sauna is my Steam Shower. I can watch tv or listen to the radio.
