To get a good energy level is also about getting a good meal
One of my favorite cuisine is Thai. The Thai cooks gathered the best recopies from India and China and developed their own cuisine. There are several places in Helsinki where to enjoy the Thai food. The fanciest place in Helsinki is Villa Thai, Bulevardi 28,
Well equipped the restaurant has an exotic Asian look. Its a fine dinning place with high level service and dedicated pricing ( €60-100/dinner/person).
Good value on your money you can get from restaurant Tamarin, Iso Robertinkatu 18, which is located few min walk from Kamppi shopping center. The restaurant is offering lunches and dinners.
Lunch buffet including soup, several meat meals and vegetarian option is costing only €8.50, which is relatively low comparing with other good quality places. Service is also good: polite and taking care. The official lunch hours are 11-14:00, however you can stay there till 3 pm.
The average dinner will cost €25-50, depending on the choose of the meals and number of drinks ;)
Bon appetit!

Waiting For the Train

Lately i have been inspired to listen 22-Pistepirkko song "Waiting For the Train" from their album Rally of Love. Even the song lyrics tell "Walking in the rain... waiting for the train" and hjave a litlle bit sad tone they follow with more positive words like "She said take the train and we will be moving along...". And song starts to move positively.
Very good combination of inspiring music and lyrics. And their style always been unique.
Have a nice day!
Enjoy Flamenco Peko mix.

Management of Your time

Michael Seidle asked interesting question in LI:
More Time... How do you get it?
How do you find more time to get work done in a day? Once you get more time, what do you do with it?
--------------
I based my answer on the personal experience and exercise. Please find these advices bellow:
How do I find more time to get work done in a day:
1. Planning my "hard" day in advance, for example before going to sleep
2. Scroll the task should be done with possible implementation scenarios
3. Make some tasks simultaneously:
* While driving a car make phone calls
* While talking with customers to make a e-memo of the meeting on portable device, not paper
* While walking from the car to the office make a plan" what to do the first and how"
4. Using High-tech devices
* CRM, calender on mobile phone
* Record your blog, presentation, speech via Jott ( www.jott.com)
* Widgets: for quick access to the info
* We use also a presentation tool, which is helping for all team members: no need to do extra work
* We are working on a project " assistant on the mobile phone" which will handle booking meetings ;0))
Once you get more time, what I do with it:
1. Follow ups: extremely important. Other wise the done part of the job is gone
2. Store info about the customers, meetings in the CRM
3. Improve website
4. Write a Blog
5. Ask questions via LI
6. Brainstorm and plan " what next?"
7. Networking
8. Answering questions on LI
9. Refresh half-dead contacts
10. Traveling for fun
