
Sauna has a good healing effect to body and mind.
We have listed here couple of good hints for having enjoyable sauna:
1. If you want to have more pleasant feeling, use birch bosom made from fresh leafs
2. To cover your head from too big heat, you can use special sauna hat.
3. Reserve enough time to have good relaxation
4. Combine hot sauna with swimming in a cold water or taking a cold shower
Every year Finland is organizing a competition for the best sauna-man. For the big surprise of foreigners the happening is in summer time :-)
There is a sauna-bus rolling in Helsinki and Oulu in the mid-of summer and temporary sauna house in Helsinki city. Please come and try by yourself!
